Tammy M. Green is an operations strategist and administrative consultant with 3 decades of experience, evolution, and adaptation — helping organizations operate with greater clarity, efficiency, and resilience. She partners with founders, executives, and mission-driven organizations to build the administrative infrastructure that makes growth possible — from systems and SOPs to financial workflows, compliance alignment, and team development — staying at the forefront of her field by integrating AI-powered tools that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of every engagement.

Her background spans higher education, clinical research, nonprofit management, and small business operations, giving her a rare ability to meet clients where they are and design solutions that fit their stage, size, and goals. A real estate career that began in 2007 — spanning agent, investor, and operational advisor roles — deepens her understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Early in her career, Tammy earned the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation from the International Association for Administrative Professionals (IAAP). She then spent more than 20 years in the clinical research industry, advancing through clinical trial administration and supervisory roles to become an In-House Clinical Research Associate. The rigor and depth of this work earned her the Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) designation from the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA)—a credential that reflects her commitment to excellence and expertise.

Today, her 3 decades of hands-on experience across multiple industries shapes every engagement. She actively pursues continuing education in AI applications for business operations and administrative optimization, and shares her knowledge base through her Trusted Admin Pro training program and mentorship of aspiring professionals. When the work demands it, she draws on a trusted network of skilled professionals to ensure her clients receive specialized expertise and seamless execution.

Outside of her professional life, Tammy is the proud mother of six adult sons and grandmother to two granddaughters — a role she holds with equal dedication and joy.
